have you ever thought about bringing your pup to experience hot springs with you? if not, you should! Actaeas really enjoyed it!
we decided to go visit this place after the Ti Family abandoned us and went first
deep creek hot springs are natural hot springs located in the northern section of the San Bernardino National Forest

Getting to the trail head is tricky, road turns from pavement to dirt at the end, these dirt roads are very rocky and uneven for almost a mile. Seriously... I shouldn't have wash my car before this...
This route also requires payment, when you get to the Ranch there will be a gate and it's $10.00 cash per person (not per car). After a long long drive finally we can start hiking! The day we went was pretty windy.
it's about 45 minutes hike down into the Springs, try not to get lost!
I recommend to wear sneakers or any shoes with good traction because part of the path is very sandy slippery.

we got super lucky that day, there were nearly no people, this place used to be packed!
be aware that nudity is VERY common here
there are 3 hot water spot, 2 on the top and one around the corner
bring your own water because hot springs here contain a fatal disease called primary amoebic meningoencephalitis, also human and organic pollution are increasing in the drainage, just don't drink hot spring water and you will be fine, maybe some people also pee in there who want to drink that anyways?
first time expedience! Actaeas was a bit freaked out at the beginning
and then....
awww look at his face!
nature, hot spring, and your best friend, couldn't ask for more
furry friends they do enjoy hot spring warm water just like us
he was not hurry to get out of the water apparently
it feels different than our bathtub isn't it?
we arrived around 5 pm thought we were too late, but the sun was no longer that brutal, turned out having hot spring at this moment was just about right
let's go down and chill shall we?
this was literally our first time swimming together, so glad that we could finally do this! but could you please don't step over my body?
and yes I swam with my DSLR without a waterproof case ;) another risky move after I killed my phone last time
you need to swim faster silly head!
we spotted huge tadpoles too! they are about 5 inches long, this is the fist time I can actually see there eyes... wonder how big they can get?
we headed back before nightfall as they told or as people will most likely get lost

the sights back were just one of those things that no amount of words can sum up
we totally need to do this again!
