we headed to the Indian Pools located near to our campground, the phone reception was really poor, we could hardly find the coordinate at first, I was walking around holding my iphone like I was using a ghost detector, should have had everything entered in our GPS in advance...
the trailhead was at the far end of the ski area parking lot, it was pretty much empty in summer
Tiru refused to walk so Ti mom put shoes on her, and all a sudden she just came back to live!
we found the river after a pretty shot walk along the dirt path, we stopped and stayed close to water for 2 hours
I did a huge mistake by didn't turn off my DSLR the night before so my camera was entirely out of battery that day...

Ti mom kept telling me water at Wulia in Taiwn was 100 times more clear than anywhere she can see in California, it's so clear that you can eve see the river deep down to the bottom with beautiful sapphire gradient color, wish I could visit there with Actaeas in the future.
Actaeas was still trying his best to follow me around even I was in the middle of the water
it was actually really interesting to see how he thinks and processes all kinds of solutions to get close to me

Tinkerbell started to get tired, her sis just won't give up
we started to walk along the river to see what else we can find, and stop at the farthest we can go
i didn't know this is the last time I can ever use my iphone
I rose Ti mom's DSLR high in the air when I fell into the river, didn't have time to save my phone, Actaeas went over to rescue me, he is such my hero! :)
I handed the camera to Ti mom and she slipped into the water too, so we just gave up and sat there to enjoy the rest of our vacation time in the river together, I considered that as a half body bath for myself after 3 days.
It was a fantastic trip, me and Actaeas would LOVE to do this again!
I lost my phone because of water damage, Apple told me they don't do data recovery, all they can do is to swap my phone and I have to pay $299 for that.
at first I was concerning about the money, but when I sat in front of the genius bar, suddenly everything went super clear, I realized one thing I care the most was those photos I took with my phone, that lovely furry little fella and other 4 smiley faces, I did not have wifi so none of the photo was on the icloud... so I walked out with my dead phone in my head.
I did not want to loose those pictures
even though there're not more than 20 of them and most of them were crappy...see how crazy I was
I got those data back after a week with a lot of helps, things always surprise me how I care about Actaeas in thousands of silly different ways, no doubt memories are priceless.
