I truly wish we could stay longer to see the sunset at Pfeiffer State Beach, I've seen stunning pictures of orange sunset lights cast through the Arch taken by other photographers, just amazing!
the next morning, as I mentioned in the previous post, we were
too scared to fight with another tick army so we switched our plan
to a full beach day.
we drove south, and stopped by the Pfeiffer State Beach first, it's not easy to find because there's no sign by the highway, and you have to drive all the way down for another 15 minutes to get to the coast.
we were not quite sure if this is a off leash beach for furry friends, we let them run free just because most people here didn't put there dogs on leash
Actaeas, I just gave you a bath yesterday, and now you are all salty :3
Pfeiffer State Beach is a nice place with decent amount of visitors, not as crazy as Del Mar or other beaches, we don't need to walk too far to get an open area for them to play
I started to tell people his name is T this year, it's easier to remember also great to stop people from asking me to repeat it 300 times, in fact, I don't call him Actaeas that often neither.

people always wonder how can we manage taking group photos of dogs, for me I've train Actaeas sit stay when he was only 2 months old, this skill is actually very important and someday may also safe a dog's life because you teaches the dog how to deal with distractions, this trick has to be very reliable just like the recall command, you should only say once.
most of the times, Actaeas could stay there even if all the girls are gone

we went south again to Sand Dollar Beach, there was no phone reception all the way there so be sure to set you map before hit the road.
before going down to the beach, head right and take the trail to the overlook, it has a great view of the entire beach, tourists here were less, we found more surfers
the sand here are finer, it could get "foggy" when wind comes
or when your friends runs too crazy
hey Tissue! are you landing your your face?
Ti mom had to hold Tissue and let Tinkerbell go first to catch the toy, or Tissue will never let go and never give the toy back, we always thought Tissue runs faster than her little sister
it turned out this little lady has great power in her tiny body, she runs even faster than Tissue, Tinkerbell just doesn't fight that aggressively like Tissue for the toy
Tinkerbell is going to stay with me and Actaeas next month, I am kinda scared of all the disaster she will make, we will see...
caught Actaeas running with my camera once again before we left, so glad to see him flying
I didn't let him run in the house after I moved because we have hard wood floor instead of carpet, I ordered tiled carpet weeks ago and planing to set them up soon.
oh! Actaeas will turns 2 next month, what do you want for your birthday cake this year? ;)
